GOVERNMENT WITHDRAWS FUNDING TO SCHOOL FEEDING PROGRAMMES
Your support has become even more crucial in the last two weeks. Due to Swaziland's ongoing financial crisis the government has ceased providing schools with vital food to ensure no child goes hungry. Rest assured, The Busisiwe Feeding Programme still continues to operate daily thanks to our bumper maize harvest and pig breeding project ensuring sustainability. We are currently ploughing and re planting our fields and hoping for our sow, Polly, to be pregnant soon but with the lack of government support we are expecting more orphan's and vulnerable children to be attending therefore increasing greatly the drain on our resources. Many of you have responded already with donations to enable us to continue feeding as many as we are able and for this we are truly grateful. With Christmas looming the greatest gift you can give a child is life. If you haven't already done so please would you consider buying one less bottle of wine, cheaper crackers or a smaller tree and donating the difference to enable us to continue to support our beautiful children - without you our project cannot survive please give what you can - YOU really CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE in so many children's lives. Thank you all for your continued support. The Nestor family
